I just moved to a new apartment but the ethernet source is not the same with the sky cable.

Whatever that box is (an image of the front would be useful) it's not an ONT for ethernet connection.

That's the front. It's the only thing in the house that looks like WiFi connector.

That's a somewhat antique unit used to inject power for a 'masthead amplifier' intended to improve marginal terrestrial television reception (hence the 'In' and 'Out' coaxial-cable aerial sockets). It has absolutely nothing to do with broadband.

That almost certainly means you are due to get an optical cable and ONT installed on or before then, so won't find any ethernet connection in the property at the moment.

Using the link which @cookiemonsteruk posted above would confirm this. Note any such installation will probably involve drilling, so you'll need to be able to give permission for that.
