Give Sky a call to see what your options are to get one. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the options.

My broadband wasnt connected at the green box, an openreach engineer came out yesterday & sorted it out. The only telephone socket working was on the bedroom. Perfect signal in there but didnt realise until he had gone that barely any signal in front living room or kitchen, hence cant set the tv up, not finding wifi. The engineer said any problems get back to them. I need to know what to do.

Note that it's not the job of Openreach to resolve WiFi issues.
