&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the copper part of an FTTC circuit is quite susceptible to that kind of impairment, and it would need to be resolved by Openreach.&amp;nbsp; Note that any other FTTC ISP you switched to would just inherit the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
