topic Broadband and therefore sky glass issues in Broadband

We are having many, ongoing problems with our broadband cutting out (middle light on hub going orange) and, since we have sky glass, this is affecting the tv in a really significant way. The service we are receiving at the moment is substandard and not worth what we are paying. Please can someone look into the ongoing issues and I would also like some form of compensation as we are paying the full amount for less than the full amount of service.

kind regards,

Paul Flynn
