No Internet - Orange on Router - Livingston area

Around 10.48pm last night our internet went down, phone line still ok. Tried all the obvious options, unplug, reset, check cables etc and still nothing. Have done same this am and still nothing - are their issues in our area - Livingston.

@Guzz & @millymollymandy68 running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection will tell you if there is a known fault in your area. Given Sky have a huge call centre in Livingston they should be aware in there is an issue in the area - nothing like the bosses home line being down to get things sorted - but if nothing shows give Sky a call by dialling 150 on your Sky kine gives you a free call.

Yeah, shows as no known issue in area and then cant test our broadband so must be fault somewhere in Livngston.

I'm in East Calder and lost connection around 11pm last night. Tried switching off etc, but still down this morning. Having to go into office today as can't log in at home. Hope this gets fixed quickly.

Still off in Mid Calder they say it's my router and are sending an engineer out tomorrow

I'm in Bridgend near Linlithgow ours has been down since last night. I've called 150 and the automated system said it a fault at the telephone exchange in Livingston.

we don't have sky to and only use streaming services so not a good day for me to be home sick from work.

Been down here since 11:30pm ish last night. Still down, followed guideance online to reset, unplug, etc. Thought it was just us, but had comms by sms earlier this afternoon from Sky it was a known issue in our area. But no update or eta on fix.
