&lt;P&gt;LOS is loss of signal, and indicates no light is coming down the optical cable.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to persist in logging a fault with Sky so that they can book Openreach to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To enable that I have escalated your post&amp;nbsp;to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted but given its Sunday that might now be tomorrow. &lt;/P&gt;
