&lt;P&gt;Is it your Broadband that is down or your Wi-Fi? They are different things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wifi is a wireless connection between your devices and your router. Broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is the actual internet connection provided by Sky/Openreach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
