Happens quite often. Usually because Openreach doesnt have enough engineers or enough specialist teams/equipment to come out and fix the fault. Unfortunately all you can do is keep chasing Sky for an update.

Has anyone else had problems with Openreach? After waiting for full fibre installation, a few weeks ago 2 guys (one from Sky, one from Openreach)ntrued to get me up and running, but there's a fault somewhere in the optic cabling somewhere nearby, I've been getting promises that the Openreach are going to fix it but it gets postponed because the Openreach engineers are too busy.
