      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I logon to my SKY account using the email address I receive my monthly bill at I do not see any statements and it says I ahve no Services. Please assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Great, that looks to be the issue alright as when I go to Account Infor and Sky ID it gives me an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i try to change my email there or under Manage account info it does not let me. Can you update my email please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to unlink my old account when using the phone app/browser when I couldnt using the web browser on om pc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
