&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;(UK) &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account states that my contract has ended, but the link to 'manage your account' doesn't work. I suspect it's a scam to get me to phone and sit in a queue for hours before I can speak to a human. The chat doesn't help. I want to know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when did my contract end and why (it's less then 6 months old and I'm still paying for it)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why has the cost escalated from £25 pm to £39pm?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a fee to cancel the service (given that my contract has apparently ended)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How much does it cost to have another internet socket installed (in an upstairs room)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How much does it cost to have a dish activated just to receive freesat?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
