    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer said he would come the next day. The reason for the transfer is that he has a bad knee and he cannot run the cable to the basement alone.&lt;BR /&gt;Since permission from my landlord has not yet arrived.
