      <description>&lt;P&gt;just got a new hub and sky says were up and running. however its now day 2 and still cant connect to the WIFI with our iphones. Hub keeps saying 'incorrect password' never ever had a problem before so why now. Sky help says everything working finde and they dont understand. it was mentioned should ask for a new hub but cant find a contact phone No. any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Turned out that an I in the password was actually in caps and not an L as it appeared. So at long last all sorted. Tristan also arranged for an engineer to come out and check the whole system at a later date. So a 'happy bunny' as the saying goes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
