    <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet connection is very poor , every time I checked in the sky app is tell me is fine but is not on our end , we don't have connection in almost the whole house , I have done all the steps provided but is just not getting there .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Connection is not guaranteed&amp;nbsp;throughout your house. If you have Broadband Boost or Sky Max you are entitled to boosters to try and improve the situation but even then it isnt guaranteed.&lt;/P&gt;

But it will also tell you what you should be getting between and the minimum that you are getting.
