I just installed Sky broadband. I can connect my mobile phones to wifi but I couldn't connect my laptop and desktop. I tried everything but couldn't show network in the wifi.

What laptop/desktop do you have?

How far away from the hub are they located?

The Sky Max hub is WiFi 6 & uses WPA-3 encryption. Some older devices struggle to connect sometimes although I do not see why a Surface 3 would struggle. Do they not work even when right next to the router?

No it doesn't work next to the router. Upgrade the driver. It still doesn't work.

I am thinking to cancel my suscription. It took a lots of time to fix this instead of working.

If Sky can't help any further I'd recommend downgrading from Sky Max. There isnt much point in you having it anyway if your devices dont support WiFi 6.
