<title>topic Sky Stream Puck Skipping Sound/Picture in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Sky-Stream-Puck-Skipping-Sound-Picture/m-p/4573491#M378259</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Our streaming sky puck seems to intermittently skip sound &amp;amp; video as if its buffering but our connection is testing okay. It says its getting 76mb/s. Its been doing it since we had it installed but I've just got round to asking for help, as its getting really frustrating now! It happens on different channels. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
