I should have a minimum download speed of 55Mbps however this regularly drops to under 5Mbps. It doesn't happen at the same time and will also happen outwith peak times. Every time I do a service checker on the sky app, it starts off by saying it looks like I have a problem with my broadband and WiFi. Then when it carries out the checks it says there are no known problems and everything is working fine. The download speed doesn't change however and still sits at 5Mbps or under.

Thanks for your response. Trying to figure out how to copy and paste the stats. It keeps only pasting the number at the top of the page.
