&lt;P&gt;One thing to check is the Sky Broadband Shield setting in the My Sky app as by default it is set to age 13 for new accounts which maybe a factor&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Great thanks, my email is with sky so don't think that's the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I did go into the shield setting and not got the age limit on. I need to look harder in setting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;all helpful thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
