    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3979638"&gt;@Laura2501&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;loss of service between midnight to 5am is frequently down to maintenance activity by Sky or Openreach so if the line behaves normally during the day then that is the likely explanation. However if the line drops at other times run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection which should tell you if there is a known fault if it doesnt call Sky and report the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
