    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3048604"&gt;@Vauxhallmech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The forum is a customer to customer help and you are not talking to anyone at sky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you would need to call 150 from your landline to report this as a faulty hub and see if they will replace it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you swapped connections on the ethernet, if so the devices connected to your faulty lan ports would now show issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i need a sky broadband hub/router replacement as 2 of ethernet ports are working intermittently.
