Camera link to wifi

I have recently purchased a camera to keep an eye on my dog, however I cannot connect it to my wifi every time I try and connect via the mobile app it keeps failing, this is the second camera I have bought. First one I bought was 2.4ghz and second one is dual band and still no luck in connecting. Any help would be much appreciated I am so frustrated.

@Peterpassi12 Did you try and split the Wi-Fi frequencies for the first camera? What have you tried with the second one? Is it the same make?

Hi tried to split the wifi and didn't work either. With the second camera I have just tried connecting it but it keeps failing. Its a different model but it looks like something on the sky max hub is restricting the connection of the camera and is dual band. Thats why I bought it as I thought it was a frequency issue.

Yes through the sky community but still not been able to access the camera may have to wait for an engineer to come out and help.
