Hi:

I am moving home from Manchester to London, just had a call with Sky to arrange the broadband moving, got a bit confused because of the guy's thick accent, now I realise that they are trying to get me into another contract of 18 months and fee goes up from 26 to 39.5 per month.

I am bit confused here - can I call now to say no re-newing an 18 month contract is not what i want and I am not happy with this increase in price.

Thanks if anyone had experience dealing with this.

When moving home you must re-contract your broadband because Sky have to pay the upfront fees to Openreach for disconnecting your old line and activating your new line.
