<title>topic Open order on line in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Open-order-on-line/m-p/4566932#M376741</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting since November last year for my sky broadband to be installed, but since then I keep being advised that according to Open Reach there was an order on my line already and so they will not progress my order with Sky. I have spoken to my previous provider and they have confirmed that there is nothing from their end - I am currently on a rolling contract with them as I was expecting my Sky to be connected. Every time I speak to Sky they say they are "reaching out to Open Reach to clear the line" but they have been saying this for months. I can't afford to be paying the rolling fees and I'm at wits end. I just keep getting text messages every 5 days from Sky to say that they are "working on it" but when I call them they can't give me more information and honestly don't seem to care. Other than one lady who tried cancelling my first order and putting a second one through (which didn't help). Is there a way I can contact Open Reach myself? I'm losing my mind and don't actually know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
