I've noticed some devices connected to my WiFi hub when checking my WiFi/ broadband connection, that I don't recognise. I can't seem to delete them. Is it possible to prevent me having to reset my password and join all my devices again?

You can change your wifi password as below all unwanted devices will drop off and you can reconnect your own devices

@TC303 short answer no you have to change the wifi passwords.

However before doing so check they are not your devices which the hub is not reporting correctly. Sky hubs other than the Sky Wifi Max hub are pretty bad at reporting names of devices correctly often giving details of the maker of the wifi chips rather than the device they are in or simply showing as Unknown. When I had a SR203 several of my Sky Stream pucks showed as unknown.

I have the same issue, several unknowns because the router cant identify them, so i have gone through an excercise of documenting all my network devices (wired and wireless) noting the MAC, IPV4 and 6 addresses on each device, now one or two of my devices are shown either on the router home page or on the LAN SETUP add device list, most are not, so several devices on the list i have no clue what they are and of course all my devices simply connect when i connect them to wifi using the device, i dont add them onto the router allow list so i havent manually put these devices on there, now one device is actually showing as Sky+HD but i havent had that box for years and certainly not with the router i have now. I have a Sky Q device which according to the device has 2 MAC addresses, one for te 2.4ghz and one for the 5ghz range and displays the IP address given by the routers DHCP but it doesnt match what is shown on the router so it bugs me i have a load of rogue devices i cant control, no matter what i try i cant edit or remove any of the entries, there must be an easier way to control them?
