Switched from BT phone and Internet to Sky and landline is no longer receiving or making calls.

As title says, phone is properly connected and appears to be working...display showing etc but can't connect when trying to make an outgoing call. Says we have 5 missed calls but it never rings. WiFi works perfectly fine.

What broadband package are you on?

Since september last year all providers are making customers use the telephone socket on the back of the hub

@cookiemonsteruk Superfast broadband and talk, you mean plug the phone into the back of the router?

Even on copper lines and in preparation of all pstn lines ceasing all talk lines are thru the hub

Please note bt digital voice phones may not work

Also note that BT 'Digital Voice' phone hardware will only work with BT Broadband.
