      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2066211"&gt;@fatbloke69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you contact Sky and ask for a replacement hub? Often Openreach engineers suggest thst as a way of getting away from a call when they have not found a fault. Sometimes you do need a new hub but often you dont. However Sky wont send out anything unless you contact them.&lt;/P&gt;
