I have recently upgraded to Sky full fibre broadband and I don't know if I have to send my old router back to Sky. I can't bear to phone up and speak to their torturous answering system so I tried the chat bot. I must have typed, 'I need a person,' approximately thirty times but to no avail. Does anyone know if I am required to send my old router back to Sky?

Thank you for your reply. I have packaging and instructions on how to return but it states, in the event of me wanting to return my new hub during the cooling off period. It doesn't mention returning the old one. It's far far too difficult to get hold of someone to speak to these days.
