&lt;P&gt;Does it work fine in other areas? If so it just sounds like a WiFi range issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want Sky boosters you'd need to have the Sky Broadband Boost or Sky Max subscription to claim boosters. Otherwise you ar elooking at 3rd party options to increase coverage&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;And note that Sky typically won't entertain a claim against the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;WiFi Guarantee&lt;/A&gt; (Broadband Boost) / &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/enhanced-wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Enhanced WiFi Guarantee&lt;/A&gt; (Wifi Max) for the first couple of weeks after activation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the default '&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee&lt;/A&gt;' is actually no such thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
