so my internet is working however the wifi connection isnt, on the router the middle light is flashing amber or not on at all, i changed router and it worked for a few hours and same things happened again never had this issure before, done all troubleshooting eg switch off and on still not working

@lea12 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
