Would it be possible to book an engineer to setup my broadband, I work away and my partner isn't able to install it

@Ryandfv you are not talking to Sky by posting here but if your service is being activated remotely then Sky are unlikely to send out an engineer but you can ask. It really is not very complex the hub comes with a leaflet showing exactly what connects to what - the cables are colour coded.

Even if an an engineer attends to make the connection they only connect one devices to the hub the rest are is down to the customer.
