topic No ONT box in Broadband

No ONT box

Hi,

I just moved into a new house and my Sky broadband was due to activate yesterday. When I tried to connect (Fibre) I found the previous owners had removed the ONT box. Is there a way I can contact Sky easily to ask for them to come and install a new one? I'v tried using the Chatbot but it wasn't helpful.

@David8282 thecwuickest way is to call Sky but to help i have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
