      <title>Engineer took old hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently upgraded to full fibre and now being asked to return the old hub or I will be charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thing is I do not have the old hub I think the engineer took it with him as I do not have the old one I did not know I had to return it and I physically do not have it just the new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions on what to do would be helpful I cannot return what I do not have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
