Its also worth checking the voiceclinexas if that crackles report thst which oddly can be easier to get fixed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Hub loses connection to sky network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky hub has lost connection 4 times in the last hour to the sky hub. i have to wait for the connection to come back before i can test the network which comes back and says there is no issue in your area. there clearly is something going on as i see the middle green light go out and then starts to reconnect. sort it out sky&lt;/P&gt;</description>
