Every day our Internet goes down multiple times. Following the online steps does nothing and usually just amounts to unplugging the hub. The online system seems deliberately set up to make it hard to complain, and the few times we manage to get through, sky just books an open reach engineer who can't fix the problem. What is our best route to actually getting Sky to fix our Internet? We need them to actually fix their equipment that doesn't seem to be working or admit they can't provide the level of service they are charging us for!
