&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there's no alternative: you'll need to ring Sky who then arrange for Openreach to provide a transformer plug.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No ONT power cable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just moved into a new property and currently in process of trying to set up my sky broadband. There appears to be an issue with our ONT as it will not switch on and we do not seem to have an ONT power cable. I'm looking to speak to someone who could advise or arrange for us to receive a power cable in order to get our broadband up and running. Or suggest an alternative&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
