Hi there so my sky tv and my sky on my mobile either isn't running properly or isn't running as fast or as efficiently as it usually does, it's been doing this since last night around the same time never normally have any problems. I've tried turning it off various times at the wall and it seems to be coming back off and on I feel as if it may be a minor glitch but have no idea what it could be and was wondering if there's a colleague to help me diagnose thank you

@JackDunlop you have posted in the Sky Broadband forum but are apparently posting about issues with Sky TV and Sky mobile. Can you clarify what the issue is you need help with. Each Sky TV system (Sky HD+, Sky Q, Sky Stream and Sky Glass) and Sky Mobile have their own forums where you will get better advice.

My broadband is also not working, I called Sky last night and was told there was an outage in my area since yesterday morning and should be fixed soon. Still not working this morning, any ideas Sky when it will be fixed? I'm based in Medway, Kent. No TV as no internet which is very frustrating!
