    <description>&lt;P&gt;yeah calling them isnt really an option as no phone signal. at best if near land its 3GBP a minute or 12GBP a min on a sat phone and takes sky 30 min to answer on a good day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they canceled my interet and phone from Feb 2nd, but charged me for the full month of Feb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from March the bill drops to TV only at 35GBP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Virgin media doing a tv, phone &amp;amp; internet package for 36 GBP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;think this one is a no brainer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*no pound sign on my forign keyboard &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi. moving home shortly, arranged the house move via sky online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got an email today saying saying TV package will be transitioned over but both sky talk and broadband have a message saying 'sorry your leaving'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If log in to sky and it suggests my cancelation is in progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didnt cancel anything. is there something I should be doing differently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi. so the move day was two days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should be getting the TV up today hopefully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume I just plug the box in and good to go?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no corrspondance from sky over this so just assuming this is the way. fortunatly there is a dish on the house already from the previous owner. guessing it works, can only try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what is odd is its showing on my system account, my old address and the moving seems to have vanished. would have assumed a computerised system would have updated that already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;former owner didnt have a phone, assuming this is why sky canceled the phone and internet rather than transfering it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so looking like no internet for a month as im out the UK and sky will only speak to the bill payer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;looks like im back to square 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is Sky Q we have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we informed sky we were moving house, is there some other form somewhere to book an engineer that you have to do after you move house? wouldnt that be part of the 'hey we are moving house' scenario. i have been all over this site for hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;honestly demoralising.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky community is helpfull and i appreciate the assistance, but isnt this someone doing skys job for them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
