    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive just signed up for a new sky BB deal and received a txt to say the install date, but haven't received any other info IE email with the package deal price etc, I've signed up to the sky account but when I select order or account it gives an error and says please contact us. Just want to make sure everything is as I signed up for etc...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called them I was on the phone for nearly an hour, the guy didnt understand why I wanted the email info I just couldnt get it through his head we went round and round, he just kept repeating that one its installed all the info will be in my sky account page, I cant say Im feeling confident that somethings not gone wrong, very poor CS and other than a txt with the install date ive still not recieved a single bit of info or a reply from Sky...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
