    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3962935"&gt;@StuartR2D2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Not typical behaviour of the router, it would be helpfull if you could record the router led's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;status, type of router, and if it is connected to an ONT the led's status of it also. You may not see all of&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;those if you are not there when the issue happens, but you should be able to do the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Router log may indicate issue, but you may not be able to connect to see the status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If connected to an ONT try just to remove the Ethernet cable then reconnect it and see if the broadband works after that scenario will save you having to switch off/on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Repeated Disconnection same time every day</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were moved over to Sky Fibre earlier in the year and its been fine until the last 3 days. Last 3 days we've found the connection has dropped out at the same time every day, around 1pm. A reboot of the router does the trick and all 4 lights come back on with service resuming as normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this typical behavior? Makes it difficult to manage the wifi at home if I am away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
