      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was working this morning because it said the speed to my hub was down by half.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Woke up and saw the wifi was a bit intermittant so checked the lights on the router. One was out but quickly came back. Dropped again soon after and then returned quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked the service status and it said connection to the hub was poor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked again and now can't get into the Service Status checker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping this is all linked to a Sky issue, rather than something my end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3315686"&gt;@Tractor+Shark&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; i rang&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; sky to ask them to run the checker and i was told they had their team on the issue fixing it and it came back about 4 pm yeasterday and now its working hope that helps &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
