You get a cooling off period with any provider or new service so once fully active you can place a new order with sky either through the website or calling to swap back keeping your old account, sky email address and login details

if you transferred your number you can switch it back too or if you didn't can get a new number if you are not planning on using the phone much

@Pauln you need to call Sky and ask them to switch back and they should be zble to arrange that for you but it will take a while to sort. Your new supplier shouldn't charge you any more than the time you have used their service if you are in the statutory 14 days cooling off period for the new service.

It would be sensible to talk to the new supplier, if they are using the same Openreach line as Sky dont cancel with them as Sky will sort that. However if they use a different network you will have to ask them to cancel the service and you may get a gap as Sky will require at least 14 days to get your Sky service up and running.
