      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there not a live chat to speak to a person ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;anyway , I was supposed to have an engineer visit today to activate my broadband but I'm in hospital with my 5 year old&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to ask however, I already have a bt master socked but the end of the Ethernet cable don't fit, would it work if it had a fitted one? Can I not just get a Ethernet cable sent to me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;secondly can I rearrange my appointment for the end of the week, as my daughter is extremely unwell. I shouldn't be charged as I tried to contact last week but I have no clue how to speak to somebody! I cannot speak on phone I'm partially deaf and find it really difficult &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
