    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved my broadband to another provider. I looked online to return the sky broadband box as the new firm had told me there would be a charge. &amp;nbsp;I paid for the return at the post office. Now, I have been in touch with sky as they have kept on charging me! I finally now have a cancellation email and they are now saying I must return the equipment or I will be fined - I already returned it. Any idea how I can resolve this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3918822"&gt;@Redtilda6&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you have kept the reciept for the return postage to the sky return centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would be quicker to call SKY again and the advisor will explain how to upload the reciept&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to the site so they can check and track the return back to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
