We moved house in November and went with sky for our wifi. It tooks weeks to get an initial engineer out to work out what we needed and then were constantly passed from team to team to get us connected until it finally happened at the start of January. Since then it is constantly dropping out and our speeds are very slow. We are yet again waiting for an engineer to come and sort it out and wondered if anyone had had a similar experience or knew what could be wrong. Thanks
