      <description>&lt;P&gt;our router is over 10 years old over the past 3 months we are having to power off the router several times a day to briefley get our wi fi back we have 2 extenders operating on different frequencies and still having these problems trying to speak to someone at sky to ask foranother router is impossible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the router replaced&amp;nbsp; please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Typically Sky would replace an SR102 if the broadband service was recontracted onto a new minimum term: one would hope that the SR203 is now standard issue, as the ER110/115 doesn't support 'internet calls'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
