Hi @BFT

Is your neighbour also with Sky or someone else? Often when a property gets activated for FTTP BT will have a monopoly over it for the first 12-24 months then other providers get in. Also Sky's systems can often lag behind when Openreach first commission an area, sometimes you have to wait a few weeks to a month.

If you go to https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/ & use the 'address check' then post the resulting table back here we can have a look at what exactly its saying for your line.

I can't seem to be able to speak to an actual person and the automated system is quite faulty.

Broadband is available in my area. I've been told by a line engineer. Our neighbor has up to 900mb/s options for broadband. We do not. I'd like to actually speak with someone about how to complete the wire to our property to increase speeds.

Thanks.
