      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to run a broadband test online and on the sky app it says service unavailable? Why is this after two months? They told me to use fast.com but thats wifi speeds and not speed to my hub. NOT happy!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The test does fail during periods of very high demand. However you can simply check the connection speed of your Sky hub by looking at its connection stats assuming of course it is connected.
