server dropped connection

hi, i just got Sky broadband and am trying to split the signal as my cctv camera will only connect to 2.4ghz but every time i try (been over 2 weeks now) i click apply then get the message server dropped connection - see screenshots. I have had no problems with any websites or streaming; it is only with changing my settings. Anyone got any ideas please?
