      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3954362"&gt;@Selwynha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the red PON light means you have lost the optical signal from the exchange so is not a Sky fault and would have happened with any isp using that line. Sky will get Openreach to check the connection after you report it..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
