This is a public fourm where&amp;nbsp; Sky customers help other Sky customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest using the service checker to see if it is reporting an issue:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check the steps on Sky's guide on how to test your broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is an issue you should call Sky and report it, as if the issue isn't resolved within 48 hours of you reporting it and its an issue outside your home, will be eligble from automatic compensation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
