    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed a broadband order this morning but neither the App or website (tracking page says: Contact us to get an update) are showing any order information or tracking. However, I did get a confirmation email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'am re-using the email address from an old Sky account but i did remove the email from the old account before placing the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
